French Toast Bakes have revolutionized the tedious French Toast. Easy, delicious and simple are the perfect descriptors for these bakes. Make it Sunday night and have breakfast for the week or prep for a show-stopping brunch.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 loaf gluten-free bread
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup of PB covered vine dried grapes
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Grease the casserole dish with butter (Tip: make sure to get it on the sides)
- Whisk together the eggs and milk
- Add vanilla extract and cinnamon
- Slice bread into bite-sized pieces and add to the egg mixture - make sure every price is thoroughly soaked in the egg mixture
- Place half of the mixture into the casserole dish
- Add one sliced banana and half of the peanut butter dipped vine-dried grapes
- Pour the rest of the bread mixture and top with the second sliced banana and remaining peanut butter dipped vine-dried grapes
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes
- After 30 minutes, uncover and mix
- Add a tablespoon of brown sugar and bake for another 20 minutes uncovered
- Once crispy on the top, let cool for 5 minutes and serve warm
