Breakfast doesn't have to be just pancakes, toast, oatmeal, or eggs. If you want an easy and quick meal-prep breakfast, this should be your go to. Full of bananas and peanut butter vine-dried grapes, you get a sweet and salty slice of heaven to start your day.

Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- 1/3 cup of unsalted butter
- 1 and 1/4 cup of gluten-free flour
- 3/4 cup of gluten-free rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/3 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/3 cup of eggs whites (or 2 large eggs)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Dash of salt
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- ½ cup of Life’s Grape peanut butter dipped vine-dried grapes
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Grease the loaf pan
- Cut up 3 bananas TIP: To make your banana bread delicious and moist, caramelize your bananas with maple syrup and cinnamon and bake for 15 minutes before adding them to your dry ingredients
- Add your flour and rolled oats into a medium mixing bowl
- Take bananas out after 15 mins and let cool for 10 minutes before adding to the dry ingredients
- Mash up bananas with a fork
- Melt butter and stir into bananas, then add to the mixing bowl
- Add both sugars, salt, eggs and vanilla extract
- Mix everything together in mixing bowl with a spatula until smooth
- Then, fold in the peanut butter vine-dried grapes
- Pour batter into greased loaf pan
- Bake for 50 minutes
- Take out of the oven and let cool for 20 minutes before cutting into the bread
- Can keep for one week in an air-tight container
