Pumpkin Smoothie Bowl

This pumpkin pie smoothie bowl will put you in the mood for fall. It's healthy and easy, vegan, dairy-free, and a hint of sweetness thanks to vine-dried grapes! You’ll love this creamy and smooth fall smoothie bowl!


  • 2 frozen ripe bananas
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup Classic vine-dried grapes
  • 2 tablespoon almond butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg, optional
  • ⅛ teaspoon allspice, optional
  • ¼ cup oat milk, or any plant-based milk


Add all ingredients to a blender and blend ingredients until smooth and creamy.

  1. Transfer smoothie to bowl.
