Summer Smoothie Bowl

Sundays are for smoothie bowls! Vitamin C and protein packed - this bowl is a ray of sunshine to start your morning. 


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 1 cup oat milk or almond milk
  • 1 package of Life's Grape Peanut Butter Vine-Dried Grapes
  • Mandarins
  • 1 fresh banana
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter melted


  1. Blend frozen banana, strawberries, and mango with oat milk or almond milk.
  2. Add more milk if necessary but you want the consistency to be very thick (like ice cream) for the bowl.
  3. Top with our Peanut Butter Vine-Dried Grapes, some mini oranges, more banana and then drizzle with peanut butter.
