Ingredients
- 1cup cooked and cooled white rice
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- Fresh cubed watermelon
- Fresh mint - chopped
- 1/4 cup Classic Vine-Dried Grapes
- Tsp of olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix cooled white rice with coconut milk
- Top with watermelon, fresh mint, Classic Vine-Dried Grapes
- Drizzle olive oil and balsamic over the top
- Add salt and pepper to taste
