Brussel Sprouts have come a long way in the world of desired foods. When roasted and paired with other delicious toppings, this dish will change your mind on Brussel Sprouts and make you ask for them more often. Ingredients
- 2 cups of Brussels sprouts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup Life’s Grape Classic vine-dried grapes
- ¼ cup goat cheese
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
- Wash and chop Brussels sprouts, then add to a bowl
- Dress the Brussels sprouts with the olive oil, balsamic, honey, rosemary, pepper and salt
- Cook in the air fryer for 12 minutes
NOTE: After 6 minutes, toss the Brussels sprouts then resume cooking
- Once done, put the Brussels sprouts in a serving bowl
- Add the vine-dried grapes and goat cheese, then serve
Dijon Aioli
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 clove of garlic, peeled and diced
- A pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender
- Blend for 1 minute or until smooth
- Pour into a bowl and serve with the Brussels sprouts
