Shipping and Refund Policy



All orders placed by 10am PST will ship the same day. Please allow 2-3 business days for order fulfillment and an additional 2-3 after shipping for your product to arrive. After your order processes, you will receive an email from Life's Grape with your order confirmation. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. 

We do not ship internationally at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

Life's Grape ships via USPS and UPS. Orders over $30 will receive free shipping. Orders under $35 will allow you to choose your shipping method. Please note, rushed shipping for orders over $35 will be the responsibility of the purchaser.



Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We only refund items if they are damaged or defective. To complete your full or partial refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the Life's Grape warehouse or office. 

To start a return, you can contact us at Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you that we have received your request. After any follow up questions needed, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the damaged goods.
